Membership Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

At IRON HOUSE TC LLC, we do not require long-term contracts. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled at any time in accordance with the policy below.

Cancellation Methods

Members may cancel their membership using any one of the following methods:

  • Calling our facility directly

  • Emailing our official business email address

  • Cancelling through the official mobile app

  • In person at front desk

Cancellations will not be accepted via social media messages, or third-party platforms.

Cancellation Timing

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled billing date.

  • If a cancellation request is received on or after the billing date, the membership will remain active for that billing period, and no refund will be issued.

  • Once a billing cycle has processed, charges are non-refundable.

Confirmation of Cancellation

  • Members are responsible for ensuring their cancellation request has been successfully submitted.

  • A confirmation email or app confirmation will serve as proof of cancellation.

  • If confirmation is not received, the membership will be considered active.

Account Access After Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, access to the facility will continue through the end of the current paid billing period.

  • Membership privileges will automatically terminate at the end of that billing cycle.

Failure to Cancel Properly

Failure to cancel using one of the approved methods and within the required timeframe may result in continued billing. The business is not responsible for missed cancellations due to incorrect contact information, app issues outside our control, or failure to follow the outlined procedures.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or mobile app. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
